Is shipping tracked for my order?
Yes, all shipping is tracked, and you'll get the tracking number by email!
Do QROV's products come with a warranty?
We provide a 1-year warranty on all QROV products. This warranty covers manufacturing or workmanship defects but excludes damages from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or modifications.
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
Typically, we ship orders placed on our store the same day. However, it may take up to 48 hours to receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
If you don’t receive the confirmation email within 48 hours, there might be an issue with your order, such as missing information or an incomplete address.

How long does shipping usually take?
Usually it takes 4-8 days but it may vary and depend on the shipment's origin and destination. For detailed tracking of international shipments, use your tracking number at https://t.17track.net/en
Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs processing. Orders may be held until duties and taxes are paid, depending on the destination country. As the importer/consignee, you are responsible for covering any duties and taxes. We cannot refund customs fees or additional charges for delivery.

What if my address is wrong but the order has already shipped?
Once your package is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
If you discover an address error, contact the last-mile carrier to request rerouting to the correct address.

What to do if tracking shows the order is stuck?
Tracking updates can vary by destination country. Often, the order is still on its way and should arrive on time or with only a minor delay.
