Warranty Information
At Qrov, our mission is to provide you with durable, timeless, simple, clean, and meticulously crafted products. We back our commitment with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, ensuring the superior quality of every Qrov product and its freedom from material and manufacturing defects. This warranty comes into effect from the date of purchase on our official Qrov website and is subject to a specified duration that varies depending on the product. Please note that purchases from unapproved vendors invalidate the warranty.
If you encounter any manufacturing or material defects, we pledge to, at our sole discretion, either replace or repair the product, in accordance with relevant local laws and our prevailing warranty claims procedure. A valid proof of purchase from our official web store is a prerequisite for warranty claims. Please be aware that purchases from unauthorized retailers will not be considered.
Qrov products are not covered by the Warranty in case of misuse, negligence, accidents, or any alterations made to Qrov products. In cases of damage during transportation or flight, kindly contact the carrier, as the Warranty does not apply to such instances. Additionally, we do not assume responsibility for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from the use or misplacement of our items. Normal wear and tear, including color and material degradation over time, is not categorized as a material or manufacturing fault and is therefore not covered by the Warranty.
We reserve the right to reject any warranty claims that, in our sole discretion, are deemed fraudulent. We will not entertain false or fraudulent warranty claims.
Warranty Claim processes:
To initiate a warranty claim, visit our Contact Us section > complete the form, and submit it.
The buyer is expected to provide sufficient purchase documentation.
Each claim must include the product's serial number and/or the date of purchase.
Return Policy
Cancellation
Order cancellations are permissible before the goods are shipped, and you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
Product returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the order.
Eligibility criteria for returning a product are as follows:
- The product must be undamaged and unopened, and it should have been purchased from QROV's official online store.
- The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered.
- It must be returned in its original box and must include all accessories.
- A proof of purchase in the form of a receipt is required.
The customer is responsible for delivery costs in the following scenarios, which are unrelated to product quality:
- Returning products without a valid reason.
- Claims for warranties on products used outside the country of purchase.
- Accidental returns from buyers.
- Returning products that the customer claims are defective but are found to be in proper working condition by QROV's quality control.
- Costs related to returns that are not permitted (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).
Please be advised that returns can be denied if the goods do not meet the aforementioned conditions.
